4 tasks to be completed. All done with only 1 minor bump in the road. The warning service light error message was not able to be picked up the diagnostic machine. With today’s modern technology that does not make sense. An error or warning message should be able to be recorded/documented. The car was driven around for 10-20 miles (wasted gas due to high gas prices) to test to get the message to come up. I had a picture of the message. Shouldn’t that be enough. Car wash was done nicely. Recall part fixed. Oil change done. Car was out of my hands for 3 days with me reaching out to service advisor. Please work on updates 🤙🏽 thanks for your time

Disappointed with the service. Made an appointment in advance for an oil change and my car sat at the dealership for 9 hours without getting any work done. The service technicians did not give clear communication and then argued with me when I said they didn't set expectations clearly. It was an extremely frustrating process, when I then had to bring my car in again the next day so they could do the oil change, only to find out the tech left early that day leaving my car up on the rack. So I had to pay out of pocket for a rental car because no loaners were available. Finally got the car back the following day. Three days for a simple oil change and tire rotation cost me way too much money and time. Would not recommend this experience to anyone.

Service did a great job until they disclosed personal info to my estranged husband. I did not respond appropriately, and I am sorry for that…but, maybe the service techs could require a bit more accountability before disclosing someone’s personal info? I don’t hold any bad feelings and would return again
